This commission was formed by our Town Council to create a workable Harbor Management plan for our town. This commission was formed in the Nov. of 2007, and has been working hard to develop, short and long range goals needed to develop a more boater friendly environment.

Some of our top priorities are water quality, recreational activities, municipal marina, contingency planning, mooring fields, and anchorage areas.
